XTM is the Tari base-layer asset. The global target is 120 seconds across four proof-of-work lanes, each with a 480-second target. RandomX merged with Monero, Tari RandomX, SHA3x and Cuckaroo29 are separate work metrics; Cuckaroo29 is measured in graphs per second (GPS), the other lanes in H/s. Their values must never be added into one network hashrate. Reward varies by block; no fixed subsidy is asserted. The initial 21 billion XTM allocation is not a maximum supply; tail emission continues.
