The 8-second target applies to each of the 16 chains in the four-group BlockFlow network; it is not the aggregate interarrival time. Reward varies by block; no fixed subsidy is asserted. Danube removed the former one-billion ALPH supply cap and introduced continuing emission. The fixed node feed reports total network hashrate with an explicit unit; do not multiply it by 16.
